Diversity & Inclusion Management Consultants, Strategists and Speakers
Most employers agree that diversity is important, but often struggle with what that means for their organizations. In this era of change, people need to feel they belong and are heard.
GlobalLK’s team of experienced, multi-cultural, multi-lingual and multi-generational consultants have worked with public, private and non-profit sector organizations of all types and sizes across Canada and in 95 countries around the world, to cultivate collaborative, supportive and respectful work environments where people feel and are valued.
We work with our clients to develop inclusive leaders and co-create effective diversity and inclusiveness solutions — across cultures, genders, generations, abilities, sexual orientation and all dimensions of difference.Meet our team
In today’s increasingly diverse workplace, organizations, leaders and teams must be intentionally inclusive of all dimensions of differences in order to excel.
Living and Working in a Post-Pandemic World
The coronavirus pandemic highlighted many of the inequities in society today, from ethnicity to income, to People with Disabilities, minorities and marginalized groups around the world. We are hopeful that the global suffering caused by this crisis will lead to transformational change, a more compassionate and connected world and more intentionally inclusive workplaces.
At the same time, the Black Lives Matter movement has evolved into a global rallying cry. GlobalLK joins others around the world in stating unequivocally: BLACK LIVES MATTER. We will continue to listen, learn and work with our colleagues and clients to create meaningful, systemic change.
The pandemic has also forced us all to rethink how we work. GlobalLK has adjusted its model to bring you virtual consulting and coaching services, in-person, or a hybrid of both. Please connect with us to learn how we can support your organization.
