His expertise is helping groups work together effectively across their differences. He helps you collect valid assessment data necessary to understand the unique challenges and opportunities that exist in your organization. Using this data, he works with you to increase the capacity of vital teams.
Chad is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory. He serves as Secretary of the Board of the Society for Intercultural Education Training and Research (SIETAR-USA). He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, a Master’s degree in Social Justice Education from the University of Massachusetts, and a Master’s degree in Human and Organization Systems from Fielding Graduate University. Chad lives in Salt Lake City with his husband Matthew and black lab Samson.
